Ingredients for Beef Brisket Recipes
• - 1-1,5 kg of beef brisket in one piece
• - 4 onions
• - 2-3 carrots
• - 3 cloves garlic
• - 3 tbsp dry red wine
• - 3 tbsp corn oil
• - flour
• - salt, pepper
• For the sauce
• - 500g tomatoes, grated or chopped in juice
• - 1 onion
• - 1 small carrot
• - 2 cloves garlic
• - 1 tbsp corn oil
• - a pinch of oregano, marjoram.
• - salt, pepper
Recipe of Preparation Beef Brisket:
1. For Beef Brisket sauce to chopped peeled onion, garlic and carrots.
2. In a skillet with butter over medium heat fry the onion until softened, 5 minutes later add the carrots and garlic and cook another 5 minutes.
3. Pour into a saucepan pureed tomatoes with juice, bring to a boil and season with oregano and marjoram, add salt and cook over low heat until thick state for 15-20 minutes, making sure the sauce is burnt. Remove from heat.
4. Rub meat on all sides with flour and pepper, shake off excess and place in a roasting pan (I used to do Roaster) with hot oil. Fry the meat on all sides until golden brown about 10 minutes.
5. Meat out onto a plate and put in a roasting pan, peeled and sliced onion rings. Fry it until golden brown.
6. Return the brisket in a roasting pan, put it on the fried onions and pour emitted from cooking juices.
7. Cooled sauce blender until smooth and coat them evenly the surface of meat.
8. Cloves garlic, cut into quarters, carrots, leave whole if fine, otherwise cut in half lengthwise and arrange them around the meat. Salt content of the brazier and close the lid tightly, and if it does not - foil, which should not touch the meat with the sauce.
9. Put bake on middle shelf a preheated 170 * oven and bake for 1.5 hours without opening any cover or oven door.
10. 1,5 hours to remove the meat from broiler and slice it against the fibers in thin strips and put them back in the fryer a little overlapping, pour the wine and replace the lid.
11. Return the roasting pan in the oven for another hour at 1,5. But, honestly, has sustained only an hour. The meat turned out flavorful, soft and tasty.
